Golden Gear Inc. offers a Limited 30 day Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. We will replace or repair defective item(s) upon inspection by our technical staff. Defects or damage from abnormal use, improper storage, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, misuse, neglect, abuse, alteration or any improper installation will void the eligibility of the product warranty. This Warranty covers product(s) purchased directly from Golden Gear Inc. within 30 days of purchase, with a copy of receipt of purchase. Returned merchandise must be returned no later than 30 days from the purchase date.

If any Product purchased from Golden Gear Inc. is found defective under the above warranty, Customer must notify Golden Gear Inc.  promptly after receipt of product and return product pursuant to return authorization guidelines. Upon receipt, Golden Gear Inc.  shall have the right to inspect the claimed defective product to confirm the existence of such a defect. If determined the product was defective at the time of delivery, Golden Gear Inc.  shall repair or replace the defective product at its sole option and discretion, and return the repaired or replacement product to customer with shipping charges prepaid to customer's site.

Returned item(s) must be in original packing and attached with your name, shipping address, contact number, brief description of problem, a copy of your receipt of purchase. Shipping charges for product returns are non-refundable. Golden Gear Inc. reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returned items.

Note: Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. If the incorrect product was shipped by our error, a shipping label may be issued to return the items. Golden Gear Inc.  recommends that you ship your return package using a carrier that offers shipment tracking and insure the package for full value of the shipment so you are protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit.
